My name is Chrissy and Kangoo Jumps is my passion.
In October I obtained my CPT certification and then in June of 2020 I obtained a group fitness and Kangoo Jumps Power Certification and I am so happy that I did.
As a certified Kangoo Jumps Power Instructor, it's my job to make sure you're getting an amazing workout but most importantly that you're having fun. I want to make exercise something you want to do and enjoy doing.
